Placing an order

Simply select your items and view them in your cart for an overview.  Here you can confirm quantities and pricing.
Shipping charges will be provided on the last page of the checkout, once you have entered your shipping and location.  
You can view this information before confirming your order.

Our items are made to order directly from our vendor so some may ship all together or separately.

If you haven't received your item you must contact your local post office, as we have no control over logistical issues on their end. We are happy to resolve, refund, or send out a new order to you if the package was lost, damaged or stolen on the shipping end.

Payment

Payments are made through Paypal or by credit card.
Upon checkout, you will be redirected to Paypal's page.
Paypal provides you with your receipt and an option to print.
Use your Paypal profile to checkout without creating an account or giving out personal info.

Do you ship to my country?

We currently only ship USA based only; however in the future we will look into shipping internationally. 
If you would like to inquire about shipping to your location, or receive an estimate, please contact us.

All of our items are $ US dollar. We are located in the USA. 
Paypal automatically converts your cart total to your preferred currency at checkout, making sure there are no extra fees or surprises.

Secure Ordering

Your information is never stored with us. Only what is necessary for shipping will be given to us for order purposes.
Your information always stays secure through Paypal's secure checkout system.
Paypal does not release your money until your item ships, and they offer buyer protection services.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is provided on the checkout page once you enter your location.  
You can review these costs before confirming your order and return to your shopping cart at any time.
A confirmation that your order has shipped will be sent to you with an approximate arrival date. 
Paypal also offers a guarantee, so you can be sure your package is in good hands.

How long will my commission take?

If you are a client whom has purchased a commissioned artwork, production time pertains to size and medium. Large paintings can take up to 3 months, where as smaller works take 2-3 weeks | 1 Month depending on the project. Incredibly large intricate paintings can take up to a year to produce. You will be communicated with directly concerning your purchase if you are a client. Any questions, concerns etc are to be resolved directly with Hermann's agent and the artist herself.

Do you do freelance work?

I do freelance work depending on the project. I work for Requiem Cafe full time and am selective with freelance activations. If you have a project to pitch or discuss, you can use my contact page to send an inquiry. My prices vary per activation depending on scope. If this project is accepted; contracts are put into place.

Concerning album covers or other illustrative projects I take a 50% reservation fee up front and request the final 50% upon delivery. If you have any questions pertaining to freelancing me; please use my contact page.
